Daily Itineraries

Day 1 - Olbia Costa Esmeralda

Welcome to Sardinia!
We will arrive at Olbia–Costa Smeralda Airport in northeastern Sardinia, a region celebrated for its rich history, vibrant culture, and relaxed Mediterranean charm. From ancient ruins and enchanting old towns to some of the island’s most breathtaking beaches, this area offers the perfect gateway to discovering Sardinia.

Our stay will be at Agriturismo Agrisole, a welcoming countryside retreat—Italy’s charming take on a bed and breakfast—set amid the rolling landscapes of Gallura. Spanning 15 hectares, this idyllic estate invites you to wander through nature, relax beneath open skies, and savor the timeless serenity of the Sardinian countryside.

Once everyone has arrived, we’ll gather for introductions and an orientation to review the itinerary and set our group intentions for the week ahead. We’ll then enjoy a welcome Apericena—a delightful blend of aperitivo (appetizers) and cena (dinner)—at Sole Ruju Retreat Center, offering a memorable first taste of Sardinia’s warm hospitality and authentic cuisine.

Day 2 - Golfo di Marinella & Golfo Aranci

Today begins at a leisurely pace, giving everyone time to arrive and settle in. After breakfast, we’ll head to the crystal-clear waters of the Golfo di Marinella. Shallow waters shimmer in shades of emerald and turquoise, perfect for a refreshing swim, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing under an Ombrellonea classic beach umbrella—with your toes in the soft white sand and a good book in hand.

For lunch, we’ll stay right by the beach, where you’ll have several options to choose from—ranging from a casual panini to more refined selections. We recommend enjoying a delicious fritto misto—crispy, golden fish, shrimp, and calamari—or a perfectly grilled fish paired with a fresh, seasonal salad.

After a relaxing afternoon, we’ll make our way to Golfo Aranci. Enjoy a stroll through the lively marina, where colorful fishing boats bob alongside sleek yachts and fishermen go about their work. The perfect backdrop to take lots of pictures. Ah—look at the time: aperitivo o’clock! Sip a glass of local wine or a refreshing Spritz while soaking in the waterfront vibes.

We will return to Agrisole for an exquisite four-course, farm-to-table Sardinian Dinner at Monica’s Restaurant, where the region’s seasonal flavors shine.
