    You don’t need to be an athlete, a professional photographer, or an experienced traveler. All you need is curiosity, an open mind, and a readiness for a memorable adventure.

    Our itineraries are carefully curated to provide a smooth, worry-free experience, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy each destination without the stress of planning logistics.

    Sardinia offers stunning scenery, charming villages, crystal-clear waters, and unforgettable sunsets. It is a wonderful destination for both photography enthusiasts and casual travelers who enjoy capturing memories

  • Our trips welcome both singles and couples. Travelers typically range from mid-20s to 70s, creating a wonderful mix of perspectives and connections throughout the journey.

Accommodations and Meals

  • We’ll be staying at a traditional Sardinian Agriturismo, Italy’s charming farm-stay experience. Known for warm hospitality and home-like comfort, Agriturismi offer cozy accommodations to rest after a day of exploration. Rooms include:

    • Single rooms with double beds

    • Clean, comfortable private rooms

    • Air conditioning

    • WiFi available (though we encourage unplugging!)

    • Optional shared rooms with a partner, friend, or family member

    • Simple, efficient European-style bathrooms

    This is your cozy home base for an authentic Sardinian retreat experience

  • Breakfast is a delicious continental-style breakfast with plenty of variety:

    • Fresh fruits

    • Local jams

    • Fresh breads, cereals, and pastries

    • Yogurt and milk options

    • Deli meats and cheese

    • Coffee and tea

    Simple, fresh, and satisfying.

  • At our home base, Agrisole, you can enjoy a delicious 4-course dinner, offering traditional Sardinian food and a genuine farm-to-table experience. Dinner is served from 8:00 to 10:00 PM every day – except Tuesdays.

  • We do our best to accommodate food allergies and dietary needs whenever possible. Please notify us in advance so we can plan accordingly. While we make every effort to provide suitable options, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fully met, as availability may be limited due to local ingredients, menu constraints, or venue restrictions. Flexibility is part of the travel experience, and we appreciate your understanding.

  • Aperitivo is a classic Italian tradition in the early evening before dinner. It’s a chance to relax, socialize, and enjoy small drinks or snacks while unwinding from the day. During Aperitivo, you might sip wine, prosecco, or a non-alcoholic option and nibble on light bites such as olives, cheese, or small appetizers while enjoying the local atmosphere.

Activities and Experiences

  • This retreat involves moderate physical activity in beautiful outdoor settings. Travelers should be able to:

    • Walk comfortably on sand

    • Participate in easy to moderate hikes

    • Get in and out of boats

    • Enjoy safe sun exposure

    The terrain is generally easy to navigate with occasional slightly more challenging spots. The focus is on enjoying the experience while staying active and safe.

  • No special camera is required. Your smartphone is enough to capture beautiful moments. If you enjoy photography and want to bring a camera, you’re welcome to, but it’s completely optional.

  • No need. Umbrellas and lounge chairs are provided for our group at the beach. Just bring your sunscreen and a smile.

  • These are optional add-ons and are not included in the trip price. Full details will be shared during our orientation meeting after arrival.

  • We’ll travel on a large licensed boat. Because the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park is a protected area, only certified licensed boat operators can access certain beaches. For this reason, the excursion will be shared with other tourists, allowing us to safely visit beautiful, remote, and protected beaches.

  • The winery experience includes a guided tour through the vineyard, cellar, and farm, along with a delicious aperitivo featuring local foods. Even if you don’t drink wine, you’ll still enjoy the cultural experience and all the food offerings. Non-alcoholic options are available.

  • Every day we’ll have outings to nearby towns, villages, and beaches listed in our itinerary. Once we reach our destinations, we usually walk around to explore interesting sites, shops, and local attractions. You might grab a gelato, coffee, or an Aperitivo and take plenty of pictures to capture these special moments. We will be back by 8:00 pm for dinner at Agrisole.

Transportation and Logistics

  • Transportation is included for airport transfers and travel across Sardinia, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the stunning scenery.

  • Our adventure begins at Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport (OLB), Italy, one of Sardinia’s local airports with connections to and from major international hubs such as Rome, London, Paris, Zurich, Madrid, Munich, and Frankfurt.

Travel Insurance and Cancellation and Policies

  • We highly recommend travel insurance for all Soulquest Travels trips. It helps protect you in case of unexpected events such as trip delays, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. Guidance will be provided to help you choose the right plan.

  • If you cancel 60 days before departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the total trip cost.
    If you cancel less than 30 days before departure, the trip is non-refundable. In these cases, we recommend filing a claim with your travel insurance provider.

    Personal expenses like airline tickets or non-refundable bookings are not covered. You would need to file a claim with your travel insurance provider.

  • If you cannot attend but would like to transfer your spot to another traveler, please contact us as early as possible. Transfer fees may apply.

  • In rare cases, a trip may be canceled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. All payments made to Soulquest Travels will be refunded in full.
